Three busy, longer days, with 60 year 7 students each day. All completing papermaking, mill tours, letterpress and our canal activity. That’s 180 sheets of paper, 12 tours, 12 letterpress and canal workshops. On a personal level after saying 120 times, “stir your vat, mould and deckle, don’t touch the mesh, in at an angle, down to the bottom, giggle, stop, hold it level and come up steadily….” 4 letterpress workshops were a welcome change. By the end of each day you hardly know what you are saying. Still the team worked well and it was a great success....
