Apsley Mills Cottage is a charming Grade II listed building situated on the Apsley Mills Site. John Dickinson moved into the North Wing in 1804 and the two subsequent wings were built on in the 1930s. The Cottage houses the Tudor Room (see our Conference Brochure for pictures) which is the former John Dickinson Board Room, complete with original furniture. There is a beautiful cottage garden, complete with war memorial to commemorate the fallen of both wars who worked at all the John Dickinson sites. The famous Basildon Bond clock adorns the gable end to the north of the building.
In addition to the office spaces listed below, Apsley Mills Cottage also houses a fully equipped conference room as well as the Tudor Room both of which are available for hire at a discounted rate for tenants.
